Suspension or Termination by Alpha88 may occur if:

• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, the use of stolen credit or debit cards, or any other illegal activity was detected on the account.
• The member is found to be operating more than one account (duplicate accounts).
• The member used automated software or bots to place bets.
• Members found to have artificially inflated bet values by exploiting bugs, system errors, or platform vulnerabilities.
• The member provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• The member's account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Account Closure by Member Request: If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact Alpha88 customer support. All valid balances will be returned to you once the necessary review is completed, subject to no outstanding active bets and the settlement of any applicable bonus rollover requirements.

Alpha88 strives to ensure the platform operates smoothly, securely, and without interruption. However, like any online platform, Alpha88 cannot guarantee absolute uninterrupted availability under all circumstances.
